The Ludo-Outaouais Bazaar, what is it?

It's a place where you can put your own games up for sale, as well as buy games that have been put up for sale. A team of volunteers manages the proceeds from the sales, which will be given to you once the bazaar is over.

How do I put my games up for sale?

For each game put up for sale, you must fill out and print one of our labels, then attach it to the said game. These sale labels must be filled out carefully.

In addition, to ensure the proper functioning of the bazaar, we ask you to print and fill out this form (version PDF or Word) before your arrival at the event.

On Saturday morning, bring your games to the bazaar counter, and they will be registered there after a summary verification.

A maximum of 50 games per seller will be accepted.

Are there any fees?

Yes. A commission of 15% of the sale amount (rounded up to the nearest dollar) will be charged on each completed sale.

These commissions will help the competitive dancers of the Mylène Voyer Dance Studio.

Once the bazaar is over (around dinner time), come back to see us, and we will give you the proceeds from your sales (minus commission fees), as well as your unsold games.

And how do I buy the games that are up for sale?

On Saturday, in the early afternoon, we will open access to the bazaar. We will let in a certain number of buyers at a time, to control the traffic.

A maximum of 5 purchases will be allowed per buyer, per visit, as long as there are buyers waiting in line. If you want to buy more games, get back in line.

Games are paid for in cash, and are sold without any warranty. You are responsible for checking what you are buying.
